Buckingham Green, located minutes from St James’s Park and Victoria stations, is a high-end mixed-use estate centred around a pedestrianised square and spanning three main buildings – The Tower, Caxton Building and Gate House – comprising 64 residential apartments, premium commercial offices, and ground-floor retail.
The wider estate also includes Windsor House, an 18-storey office tower with extensive basement parking, and Christchurch House, a mixed-use building of offices, retail, and long-leasehold residential flats.
Tideway has managed Buckingham Green since 2007 (pre-redevelopment) and Windsor House since 2009, supporting the freehold owners with an experienced on-site team of 17 staff, including estate management, engineering, concierge and security.

What Tideway did
- Longstanding day-to-day and strategic management of a complex mixed-use estate
- Led mobilisation of the redeveloped Buckingham Green Estate in 2018, ensuring seamless transition and service delivery
- Provided daily consultation with the asset manager, supported by weekly operational updates and monthly portfolio meetings
- Coordinated successful Building Safety Act registration for The Tower and Christchurch House, ensuring full compliance and documentation
- Maintained regular communication with multiple stakeholders across residential, commercial, and retail tenures
- Oversaw financial management, service charge reporting, and regular resident engagement through AGMs and newsletters
- Delivered a consistent Director-level service, strengthening client trust and securing further instructions across the portfolio
