  • Demanding and collecting rent and service charges, insurance premiums, interest and other lease charges
  • Providing focused and detailed credit control
  • Making payment, and discharging monies collected in respect of property expenses
  • Providing dedicated client bank accounts into which funds are paid, and making regular transfers to client nominated accounts.
  • Maintaining proper and up to date records to RICS standards
  • Handling supplier invoices through our purchase order system
  • Administering service charges including preparation of budgets and calculation of on-account charges
  • Overseeing service charge reconciliations
  • Reporting: provision of detailed financial information and accounts on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis tailored to clients’ requirements
  • Providing VAT reports
  • Liaising with HMRC in respect of non-resident landlord schemes to ensure no withholding tax deductions
  • Retaining and administering rent deposits in accordance with all relevant provisions
