The team have  been professional, approachable, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance as an individual apartment owner within our block. I had a specific problem with receiving an insurance claim where the funds were held by a 3rd party company and Tideway helped me with chasing this other company for payment. Once Tideway received payment they forwarded it directly to me. All very efficient !
Tideway are infinitely better than my block's previous managing agents 'Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH)' who were shockingly BAD to the point of being negligent !
It's reassuring to know that any issues are handled in a timely and courteous manner, and they have consistently demonstrated a high standard of customer service.
I would be happy to recommend Tideway Property Managers to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed property management company.
