Phillip has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential real estate in the UK and Middle East.

He began his career at Jones Lang Wootton (JLW) before moving to Cluttons in Bahrain where he managed properties owned by the Bahrain Royal family and leading traders in the Gulf region. Phillip set up and established Tideway in 1995.
