Jim joined Tideway Investment Management Limited in July 2016 as Head of Property Management Accounting and was promoted to the role of Finance Director in September 2018. Jim is responsible for all accounting aspects of commercial and residential property. Tideway currently collects in excess of £70m pa rent and administers annual service charge budgets in excess of £16m pa.

Jim has over 30 years of property accounting experience working on some high profile client portfolio’s for some of the larger managing agents including 18 years at Capita plc (formerly Nelson Bakewell).

Whilst at Capita/Nelson Bakewell Jim was responsible for managing a large team of client accountants including a number based in Krakow, Poland and was involved with the implementation of property management accounting systems on behalf of two of their larger clients allowing the clients access to real time accounting data.
