- Demanding and collecting rent and service charges, insurance premiums, interest and other lease charges
- Providing focused and detailed credit control
- Making payment, and discharging monies collected in respect of property expenses
- Providing dedicated client bank accounts into which funds are paid, and making regular transfers to client nominated accounts.
- Maintaining proper and up to date records to RICS standards
- Handling supplier invoices through our purchase order system
- Administering service charges including preparation of budgets and calculation of on-account charges
- Overseeing service charge reconciliations
- Reporting: provision of detailed financial information and accounts on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis tailored to clients’ requirements
- Providing VAT reports
- Liaising with HMRC in respect of non-resident landlord schemes to ensure no withholding tax deductions
- Retaining and administering rent deposits in accordance with all relevant provisions
